Work for Hire Agreement Template

You paid for the part. Make sure you own it. This packet is a plain-language work for hire agreement for session musicians, vocalists, producers and engineers. Fill in who is doing the work, what they’re doing and what they get paid, then both sides sign before the session. It includes a How to Use guide, the deal sheet, the terms with an “In plain words” note beside every clause, a sign-off sheet and an optional session log for work that runs more than one day. It pairs with the 24/7 Split Sheet: played it, use this sheet; wrote it, use the split sheet too. A template, not legal advice.
